Horrible. That will keep a franchise down for awhile. Except for an anomaly in 2017 where they won their division, they've sucked since 2008.

Justin Blackmon.... Yikes! Forgot about him.
That is a lottttt of busts. They've had a good-to-great defense some of those years too. Makes ya wonder what they might've had if they didn't whiff on all these picks.
Gabbert and Bortles both had a lot of detractors pre-draft. The Jags ignored the red flags and got burnt. Then they compounded the issue by sticking with their busts and not drafting better QBs when they had chances. Ouch
