I will knock her when its deserved,  but this is just plain wrong.   the wapo is really showing their bias here and their ignorance to the facts of the issues is amazing.  Yes SD does not have a stay at home order,  that has been left to cities and counties based on where the virus popped up.  We are a state of common sense and we had schools and non essential businesses shutting down voluntarily or in some cases by the local govt mandates as needed.  There isnt a massive issue in SD except for 1 damn business and guess what... it is a meat packing plant... an ESSENTIAL business so in no states would that plant have been shut down preemptively.  They even talk about a disruption to the food supply in the damn article and blamed the Gov for any issue caused by the current shut down.   Well what the fuck do those dumb fucks think would have happened to the food supply if that plant had been closed for the last month when the Gov and local govts did call for voluntary shut downs of non essential businesses and for the state residents to stay home and avoid unnecessary grouping.

JFC i hate the media and their inability to tell a story without adding their own bull shit.  Fucking idiots!!!
