this board would be the same way if we didnt separate the boards.  we used to look absolutely stupid at certain times of the year when football wasnt the dominant topic.  it drives off a lot of people who are really truly just here for the FB talk.   and there was a bit of a dust up at that site a couple months ago that led to a few regulars there cutting back... just like our site has from time to time.

I think its just an evolutionary thing for these type of sites.  wash rinse repeat.
