Diva time. If some want to spin this as 'he's a fiery competitor, just wants to win' then you must like OBJ also. Some players want more than winning, they want to be a star, too. Sometimes they don't go hand in hand. I think Diggs is a good kid, he's excellent with fans and young fans especially. But his personality obviously isn't always team-first. Rubs an old school guy like Zimmer the wrong way....and probably some Midwest fans also. Once he skipped meetings and a practice, his days were numbered. But the Vikings had to play it smart and be patient so they could get the compensation necessary and not be operating from a place of weakness for a trade.

Its too bad it had to end this way. But onward we go....
Again, throw tantrums on the field, yell at the QB on the sidelines and call out the QB to the press making him apologize on his radio broadcast...  That's a good ol' Minnesota boy.  I hear he went to Mankato State.

Do it behind closed doors where nobody finds out about it for a year when the Vikings are trying to justify it...  That's a diva.

Why can't some fans just thank Diggs for all he did as a Viking and end there?  Thank him for one of the most memorable moments in Vikings history and wish him well in the future?  Nope, discredit his accomplishments, say he's easily replaced and call him a diva.
Did Thielen skip meetings and practices? Just wondering.....

I am not sure how you think nobody knew about his unhappyness or that you think twitter is behind closed doors.  if thats so that was the worst kept secret in football.

iirc,  ATs blow ups were in the heat of the moment and then they moved on,  that the definition of a competitive motivated act,  Diggs act was pretty much all the time,  that defines a diva.   dont get me wrong,  i loved his fire on the field,  I loved his game,  but he wasnt without warts either on or off the field and the offer was obviously greater than what they were getting when they subtracted the warts as well as the money he was getting paid.

Did Thielen work out in front of cameras wearing another teams logo?

I saw this on Jerry Springer once. Shafonda was tired of bitches knocking on the door tryna fuck her man, so she dropped that bag of shit off at his new girlfriends house permanently. Troy comes out and says it's all a big misunderstanding and asks Jerry how she would just throw it all away. ah shit... here comes Krystal! Her and Troy in love. Troy said he wants Krystal not Shafonda. Shafonda's now crying that the relationship is over, and we go to commercial.

I can wait until his "careful what you wish for" tweet comes back to haunt him.

Maybe now he'll finally tweet a pic of himself in a Viking jersey.

Breaking News, Diggs Fails Physical !

A neutral Physician describes his condition as “Butt Hurt”
Apparently he was struck so hard by the door hitting him in the ass on his exit from Minnesota that he’s been rendered “Damaged Goods”  Wink
