79% participation rate in the vote.   That kinda blows my mind since you don't even have to get off the couch to vote if you're a player.

I question if 20% of the league could read the CBA proposal let alone  understand  it enough to vote.  I did hear that it was really damn long and that would have cut into gaming time....or 20% were to high to remember where they left the proposal.
