I did not know that. So what is a "Full no trade clause" then? That's what sportrac says Cousins has.
The part about not getting a deal next year is different and understandable but that's counting on the "hope" that Cousins is not a fool which is not what the article is based on.
Also Cousins has already shown that he will do what suits him and not the NFL team.

Again, the Vikings will be at the mercy of Cousins as the article even suggests and the author is not even sure Cousins would want to do that.  Cousins has all the levers here on his current contract. To me it was just click bait with a scenario too far to be realistic.

That would leave us with Jake Browning as our only QB under contract and $31 million in dead cap money.

Full no trade means no trade without his agreement.  Some players have clauses that say no trades to certain teams or areas of the country which would be limited no trade clauses.
