I could see him on any of the FL teams - as they break-in some young talent @ QB.

Its a shit show situation that the Chargers are in with their stadium, fans, etc. They'll always be second class in L.A.
Rivers deserves better, but his physical skills are deteriorating fast.

Unless rivers finds the fountain of youth down there,  hes done.  He can still sling it,  but he has zero interest in getting hit and it shows... but if somebody is willing to give him another 30 million,  why not?

Rivers I think will stay out of the normal FA push. He might just wait for the season to get going and if a team that exspects to contend loses their QB he'll listen.  
I agree with jimmy in that he seems to have no interest in the daily beating. However if the right team at the right time calls??? Who knows.

He can't throw more picks than Winston, even though he's probably close.   If I were Tampa I'd give him a shot.  Draft a new guy to sit behind him for a year or two.
