Soooo, dogs again.

Looks like we are 7 point dogs in SF.  Will help keep the team focused and playing with that chip.
Question I have, does the playoff experience matter?  SF doesn't have much.  Zimmer made sure to point out that the last time they won an emotional last second victory in the playoffs, they didn't show up the following week.

To me that sez a couple of things.  Humility.  Zim admitted they got their ass kicked 2 years ago.  And experience.  The emotions ruled the day 2 years ago, this time the experience may make the difference.  Being able to bounce back, stay focused on the end prize, keep the chip on the shoulder and kick SF ass.

Local media seemingly wants to be woken up when we make it to the Super Bowl. I agree; combine this spread with national media talking about OPI, Drew Brees and the Saints all week, I think we can just get to work. I think it'll be another quiet week...

Niners are a good team and we have to go to their house on a short week... and they are getting healthy while we are going to be without 2 of our top 4 corner backs.   7 sounds fair.

Honestly don't care about the line.  Hope the Vikings don't give a shit about it either.  Just kick ass again.

Just show up and execute Viking football, establish the run, take some shots, protect the football, as you stated in the OP, depend on their experience and most of all stay aggressive for 60 minutes

That was my main point of this.  Experience.
There was some big study a few years back about teams succeeding in the playoffs.  The basic theory was that the core needed playoff experience.  Having been in the playoffs, winning a playoff game previously were huge factors in success.  This team has that now.  We had success, won 1 but fell short in 2017.  We fell short in 2015 in the first round.  Players realize that getting to the playoffs isn't easy, so build on that experience.

We now have a core that has had expectations, hype and got whooped in the NFCCG.  Now we have another win, heading to a team without experience.  We have a good chance.

Usually home team gets 3 for being at home. #1 seed with a bye week vs. #6 that just played an overtime game, play again after 6 days. 7 is pretty fair, wouldn't expect any lower.

they just won a wildcard game nothing more. San Fran is superior in every way.

Every way?  That seems a bit of a stretch.  As I said, our team has experience.

I would say we have better rb, better qb for starters.

i think the two qbs are a push. Unfortunately the niners are better on both lines and in the secondary.
