Joe Burrow On Suicide Watch

JOE BURROWQB, LSU TIGERS
Cincinnati clinched the first overall pick in this spring's NFL Draft with its overtime loss to Miami. With the Bengals now officially holding the first overall pick, LSU QB Joe Burrow has been viewed by many as the favorite to go first overall. The Heisman Trophy winner cleaned up on the postseason awards circuit, and he's helped lead LSU to a 13-0 record and the top seed in the College Football Playoff. Burrow's completed nearly 78 percent of his passes this season, throwing for 4,715 yards and 48 touchdowns with just six interceptions. Cincinnati trailed Miami by 23 with just under seven minutes remaining in regulation, but the Bengals were able to come back and force overtime before losing.

The "poor" bastard.  Only the sound of a dump truck backing up to his front door with tens of millions of dollars will assuage his sorrow.

But at least he won't have to worry about that pesky post season interfering with his offseaon for a few years anyway.

Eh, he grew up in Ohio so it’s a bit of a homecoming for him.  His Dad is an assistant coach at OU (where my son goes to college).   So hopefully his family will get a chance to see him play more.  If the Bengals can get AJ Green back healthy he will at least have a #1 WR to throw to.
