You are wrong.

Congress can subpoena the executive branch.  The executive branch can ignore based in privilege.  Congress can seek redress with the SCOTUS.

When a president fails to act on a SC order, it is obstruction.

Learn the law.
Presidents are not entitled to claim executive privilege on everything they want, it is intended for CONFIDENTIAL communications.

Much of these communications do not pose a national security risk to testify or release.

Trump is abusing this angle to paint everything that could possibly incriminate him with a broad brush as untouchable.

It’s not hard to figure out what he is doing.  You just choose to blindly support this pathetic excuse because you all know what he did was wrong.

If this was a “perfect call” why wouldn’t you allow people to testify and release the evidence?

Oh and 1987 since you spell like a middle school kid, you are going to have a tough time convincing anyone about your legal knowledge.
Nice.  Maybe get to know the person before calling names.  You do your side of the argument much more damage with your style than Viking1987 does his.
