So you're saying if given time Cousins isn't the franchise crippling QB many would once have you believe? Huh.

it stands to reason that a QB that is in an offense that is more run orientated than others,  and who runs designed roll out passes would get hit less than ones that are in a more pass happy or read option type offenses.   I would be interested to see what the numbers show for hits taken by QBs in/near the pocket.

If you look into it more closely, the QBs with the highest QB Contact % are all mobile QBs that have a higher number of rushing attempts.  Then you have Deshaun Watson who is also a mobile QB behind a terrible offensive line.  It's not surprising that they get "hit" the most per snap when you factor in the times they tuck and run or have designed runs that cater to their rushing ability.

It's kind of a skewed stat if you ask me...

Jackson, Watson, Wilson  are all amazing QBs IMHO, 

I just don't think QB's taking shots at the NFL is sustainable
