Just talking to the level of those I am addressing.  No it's the minimizing of the case in point, pisses me off these are still issues, the "let's wait and see crowd".  They are the intellectual embodiment of the dichotomy paradox, Zeno nailed it.  "It's not a noose, it's a pull", "they were in all the garages so it wasn't directed at Bubba, so it wasn't a big deal" Et Al.   It was a general statement of the NASCAR culture, systemic, meant to show territory, like a dog pissing on the corner rock.  Not profound but a simple message.
