WTF,  I dont like how that reads... we like this coach or that coach,  but since they are white we will consider some non white candidates as well.... why cant we just not note skin color when evaluating coaching or gm candidates?  isnt the act of noting skin color part of the race problem in itself?  when a minority candidate does get an interview or job,  isnt it demeaning to them that its widely assumed that they may not have gotten their opportunity simply because of the color of their skin,  to fulfill some quota...  honestly since I dont really follow other teams to closely I have no I idea who half these names are in terms of OC/DC for our HC jobs,  and GM candidates coming from other teams front offices,  let alone what color skin they have.  I kind of prefer it that way... it just doesnt/shouldnt matter IMO.
Agreed Jimmy. Hoping that it was a space issue but that last sentance shpuld have been left off.

Brez,  and since they have learned from Green Bays errors,  they will likely ask Kirk for his opinion as well. :p

Two options in my book:

1)  Keep Cousins, hire Harbaugh.  He is the best of the established options out there IMO that has a track record of taking middle of the road teams and 3 straight NFC Championships are hard to argue against

2)  Trade Cousins, hire Pep Hamilton.  Hamilton is arguably the best at developing QB talent.  He coached up Andrew Luck, Justin Herbert and now Davis Mills in Houston.  He's the young, up and coming type but with plenty of NFL experience.  Good QB coaches in the NFL are highly coveted, he is one of the best.

GM's?  Yikes, glad I'm not making that decision.

This guy wants the guy who chose Jalen Reagor before JJ?

The more I thought about it, it is time for a clean break.  Zimmer was a formality as he had lost the team.  Rick was a different story, but I think it was time to move on there too.  It can't be denied that we have some of the best owners in the league.  They're willing to spend and stay out of the way.  I think that may lead to some big opportunities to bring in big time talent at the GM and Head Coach spots.  The larger question is identifying who they are, because none of the ones I'm hearing about make me real comfortable.  Perhaps Brez for GM and go OC at head coach.

And that might be the reason he was fired.
