Hopefully this does'nt sum it all up, but there is a definite consensus out there among em;
Good dude, iffy qb. He's a great backup. Might be able to accidentally win some games

Yeah, I admit it's a bit of a buzz kill after reading some of those posts. Oh well, we roll with what we have, and maybe KOC can keep the magic happening.

My SB aspirations for this year went out the window...I'll just enjoy the good when it comes.
Games like last week make it worthwhile.

Having been on the wrong side of most of those game, yeah. Then last year something changed. Buffalo, Indy, Atlanta.

He has a much better supporting cast in Minnesota. The Cards are barren of talent and had stretches without Ertz and Conner when he was starting. I do however feel his ceiling is limited and it's rare when a guy goes from career backup to upper echelon starter. Cool, feel good story, but I don't think the mission has changed...and that's finding out what we have moving forward in Jaren Hall.

lol, let me just add its....reddit. No bigger nutbags in the world hang out there. Some good posters, but many crazies. Especially sports fans.
Listen, Josh has been on MANY teams. He's got obvious flaws or he'd have been the man somewhere. But it doesn't mean the Vikings can't win a few with him and if wheels come off, we can reset back with Jaren Hall and see if he's anything. There's just no way to not start Dobbs if he keeps winning. Have to ride the hot hand until it cools off. More normal QB stuff is going to be asked of him Sunday, we'll see if he can play to the moment. He did last week on pure athleticism, smarts and guts.

woof
Too early to call him elite, but he is playing that way right now.
