Nah I'm from central SD but live in NESD now. After you talk about the guy I've heard the stories but didnt know the name. A certain head scratcher there. Unless he is much smarter than me and I am not getting the crux of his statements he is certainly not long for his seat.

LA NBC is wondering why the police aren't doing anything. Why they aren't out protecting business' and why they are seemingly just patrolling. They are insinuating the police are being to nice.
They start off showing weak force and the media universally goes "why aren't they doing anything?" The police increase the escalation the following day and the media increases their scrutiny of the "do something" they were asking for.
