Are you saying that fans stating the obvious should be shamed?  I mean, it was crystal clear from the first Vikings drive that something was off with Bradford.  Then it was abundantly clear after the first quarter that he couldn't be effective with his knee holding him back.  Why is everyone being so fucking sensitive about anything regarding Bradford?
Personally, I think this team is MUCH better with a healthy Sam under center.  After last night, it doesn't look like he'll be playing until after the bye week at the earliest...  which sucks, because I don't see us as a playoff team if Case has to start the majority of the year.
Nope. Reflex action every time I hear the word shame...

Funny Comment from PFT rankings:

Sam Bradford hadn’t spent that much time in the fetal position since exiting the womb.

Bradford should have never been out there. Wrong choice by the staff. He's not ready mentally and his knee probably isn't either.
Exactly.  You don't blame a player who gives it a go.  The coaches have to make that call.  I'm relieved they pulled him when they did
I'm with you and Sticky on this one (waits for world to end).

As much as I know Sam has better arm talent than Case, I see the team rallying around Case whenever he's out there which to my eye is keeping us in games, especially shitty ones like last night. He's probably one of the top backups in the league. We are LUCKY to have him. I may be completely off with this prediction, but I think Teddy is going to be playing for us yet this season and Keenum will be our guy until then. It's just a feeling I have, may turn out I'm completely wrong.
I'm largely fine with Case, but he's had a couple of brutal games where he didn't have anyone "rallying" too long into poor performances.  I agree that we're very likely to see Teddy back under center soon, and we've seen how the team responds to him...I just hope that our downfield game doesn't recede with Teddy's re-emergence.
I'm worried about Teddy's mental state in taking a shot to the knee, as well as the downfield game you mention
Right there with you.  Hell, I'm worried about MY mental state in regards to Teddy's knee...and Sam's knee...yeeeeesh.....

He didn't play for three weeks and you all called him a baby, he tries to play and the pain was too much, after what he went through last year I really don't think he has a low tolerance for pain....  That's just an idiotic thing to say.

The Vikes are in the middle of 3 division games in a row.

Bradford practiced twice.

Bradford has been with the same offensive cordinator on 3 different teams.

I find the idea he shouldnt have been out there because he wasnt mentally ready laughable. We werent playing the Bills or the Browns; we just lost our 1st NFC North game to Detroit. Losing that game to Chicago would have been a disaster.

Here's a challenge: who do you want to start at QB this week? If Bradford can't participate ALL week, you want Keenum to start, right? ... none of this limited shit that obviously indicates an excuse for bad play, right?

Keenum took practice reps. Zimmer made the switch. When is the last time a player was "rushed" back from injury, benched mid-game, and then the team ends up with a W? Zimmer get 0 credit for that, while a lot of people backing Bradford are ignoring the victory to fling shit at a coach who had his team ready to play.

... if the arguement is speficially his knee, limited mobility and inability to follow through than fine. Mechanics? Cool. I get that. I don't understand not being mentally ready. He's probably started on less preperation in the past...

Teddy plays with a severely sprained ankle and a broken wrist to win a bowl game because he has “it.” Sleeves just can’t get that wrecked knee going and is falling over when people sneeze on him or shadows approach. Teddy has been near his teammates in every shot this year while sleeves is alone on the bench looking disinterested. Even keenum gets credit for getting the team going. The job of the QB.

I’m ready for Teddy.

Who called him a baby?  Quit being the Master of Hyperbole, Bob...  It doesn't suit you very well.
