Way way to early on Dobbs

Should be an interesting off season.
If the Vikings really wanted Cousins back and were good with the numbers he and his agent were asking for, they would have signed him in the offseason. Not sure what Kirk's value will be this spring when he hits the market, but I'm guessing it's going to be around $28-30 Million guaranteed with performance incentives to get it up to $38-$40 Million. That's on top of the $28.5 Dead Cap they still have to pay him. If I'm the Vikings, I take a hard pass. I've seen enough of Dobbs to feel comfortable he can be our 2024 starter or at least a competent placeholder while Hall or another Rookie is developed by KOC. Give Dobbs a full off season with KOC and an offense tailored to his skill set which is something he's never had with the other teams he's been on. Everyone is expecting a regression from him when his ceiling may not have even been reached yet.
