Of course. 
I would have been less upset than trading for Dobbs, who has never done anything or proven he could be a long term starter. At least Flacco has been an upper echelon starter for several years and won a Super Bowl. He would have been an upgrade to both Dobbs and Mullens (as shown), but even if we would have signed him I don't think he would have had the same success he's had in Cleveland. Stefanski puts him in positions to be successful and as we have seen with KOC, he wants the player to adapt to his offense and has basically ran the Kirk Cousins offense no matter who has been under center. 

At the end of the day best case scenario for the Vikings is getting a good look at Hall, which we hopefully will the next two weeks.
