Sean Mannion -- soon to be assistant QB coach and Cousins whisperer.
Agree....that would be a good use of his...well, whatever it is he has.

He broke most of Favre's records at Southern Miss. Now he'll follow in his footsteps here to lead us to the Championship game just to overthrow JJ and get picked while en route for the game winning FG that Joseph probably would have hooked wide left.

He's similar to Case Keenum.
Stronger arm and I think he is more athletic.

whatever it is, it must be good.  Because it wasn't his playing ability keeping him on an NFL roster.

A '24 7th isn't even the proverbial bag of chips.  It's a chip.  One of the burnt, broken in half ones in the bottom of the bag. Nice move Kwesi.

You just know that if Cousins stays healthy all year some schmuck in spring 2024 is going to bitch about that missing 7th like it was the Bradford trade  :p

If we had any good sleuths here, we might have seen this one coming:

Originally an undrafted free agent by San Francisco in 2017, when Vikings General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah was in the 49ers front office, Mullens started 16 games in three seasons there.

Adofo-Mensah's Browns also signed Mullens in the middle of last season, and he started one game.

Is he KAM's special project?   I can see why, he has a lot of tools to be successful.  I feel much better about the season because I have a feeling Kook is going to get covid again.

Well, maybe minimally a special place in his heart perhaps?

I bet this has Spielman shaking his head in disbelief that somebody could be so careless with their future 7th round picks.
Just liquidating some of the 7th round stockpile Speil accumulated. :p
