I have walked into many different operations, and PPE protocols are not subtle, so if he didn't have a clue, why is that a good thing, did he have to bring his own or something. What about his initial explanations, he tested negative and "I wanted to look them in the eye and say thank you" when he spoke with people, really guess you have to want to believe that. Me, JMO, he's trying to stay in Trump and his minions, the cool guys, good graces, he wants to be a president some day and this is his best bet.
