New Mexico State WR Jaleel Scott measured 6-foot-4 6/8 inches and 218 pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Scott came up just short of 6-foot-5, but he's a tall, well-built receiver regardless. His hand and wingspan measurements were remarkable. On the former front? An even 10 inches. On the latter front? 81 2/8 inches. Scott landed on the highlight reel a number of times in 2017 thanks to an array of circus catches utilizing that absurd length to its utmost. We don't expect him to light up athletic testing this weekend, though. He is a bit slow to get going and lacks more than above-average top-end speed. Scott profiles as a likely Day 3 selection for April.

Oklahoma State QB Mason Rudolph measured 6-foot-4 5/8 inches and 235 pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Rudolph wasn't quite able to hit his 6-foot-5 listing for the 2017 season, but he did show up in Indianapolis with five pounds added weight. His hands are a bit on the small side at 9 1/8 inches and he additionally measured with an arm length of 32 3/8 inches and a wingspan of 77 7/8 inches. Rudolph missed the Senior Bowl with a foot sprain, but said near the end of February that that injury concern has healed up. He should be a full-go for combine testing unless there are lingering complications that we are not aware of. Interviews figure to be key for Rudolph in Indianapolis and beyond, as he has been docked by some evaluators for slow on-field processing speeds.

I would love to see Rick draft the ND Receiver just so I can yell Equanimeous every time he makes a catch!

Quenton Nelson - G - Fighting IrishNotre Dame G Quenton Nelson recorded 35 reps in the bench press at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Stellar start to the combine for draft darling Nelson, whose 35 reps on Thursday matched the top marks in the 2017 combine put in by Utah's Matt Asiata and Auburn's Carl Lawson. The Notre Dame standout measured in on Wednesday at 6-foot-5, 325 pounds, with strong marks in arm length (33 3/4 inches), hand size (10 3/8 inches) and wingspan (82 5/8). He is a strong bet to be drafted within the top 10.

I've followed the draft since 1973, this is the first G I've seen compared to John Hannah...top 10 indeed...

Derrius Guice - RB - TigersLSU RB Derrius Guice unofficially recorded 15 reps on the bench press at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Guice is a compact back at 5-foot-10 1/2 inches and 224 pounds, but his strength -- at least in this particular test -- did not stand out on Thursday. His 15 reps were considerably fewer than the 29 bar hoists put in by Penn State's Saquon Barkley and Georgia's Nick Chubb. He'll try to make a stronger mark in speed and agility drills upcoming.Source: Andrew Mason on Twitter Mar 1 - 6:21 PM

Akrum Wadley - RB - HawkeyesIowa RB Akrum Wadley unofficially recorded 12 reps on the bench press at the NFL Scouting Combine.
It's not a particular come-down that Wadley was unable to do more at the bench, as he measured in for the combine at a modest 5-foot-9, 194 pounds on Wednesday. His work in agility and running drills will have more of a sway on his eventual draft slot. Wadley figures to be in the Day 2 mitwitter.come April.Source: Andrew Mason on Twitter Mar 1 - 6:13 PM

Kamryn Pettway - RB - TigersAuburn RB Kamryn Pettway unofficially recorded 22 reps in the bench press at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Pettway (6'0/253) has been off center stage for months now, appearing in just five games for the 2017 season due to both a one-game suspension served to start the year and a season-ending fractured scapula to end it. His bench-press mark is rock solid for his position group. Interviews will be key for him as he tries to stick for Day 3. He did not close out his career at Auburn in good fashion.Source: Andrew Mason on Twitter Mar 1 - 6:04 PM

Bo Scarbrough - RB - Crimson TideAlabama RB Bo Scarbrough unofficially recorded 14 reps in the bench press at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Scarbrough (6'1/228) is a player whose lengthy wingspan -- in his case, 80 3/8 inches -- probably hurt in the bench press, but 14 reps is a respectable enough mark for the back nonetheless. While we aren't the biggest of Scarbrough fans, we're expecting sharp testing marks in the coming days. Medical checks are going to be of the utmost important for the injury-prone back.

Oklahoma T Orlando Brown arrived at the NFL Combine at 6-foot-7 7/8-inches and 345 pounds.
Brown boasts 35-inch arms and a wingspan of 85 1/8-inches with 9 3/4-inch hands. As you can tell, Brown is a massive human being and has plenty of experience at left tackle. His NFL position is in question to some, as we've seen many automatically place him on the right side due to his lack of foot speed. But in reality, Brown will continue to face fast pass rushers on the right side, so his same difficulties could pop up there as on the left side. One of Brown's best traits is his size, as it takes a wide loop to get around him on an island.
He definitely didn't help himself.

Florida WR Antonio Callaway ran a 40-yard dash of 4.41 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Callaway (5'11/200) turned in one of the better 40-yard dash times in the early group of wideouts. The combine is an absolutely crucial setting for the former Gator, who has a myriad of off-field issues to answer for -- most recently, a credit card fraud scam which led to a season-long suspension in 2017. Should Callaway somehow dance through the firestorm of NFL inquisition, he's a phenomenal athlete and could potentially end up a late-round steal. His baggage is very, very heavy, though.

Saw this guy several times...I'd spend one of our 17 7th rounders on him in a heartbeat...
