#21
1) Why do you want to work for our Org ?
2) What are your greatest strengths ?
3) What are your greatest weaknesses ?
4) Where do you see yourself in 5 years ?

OK, enough bullshit, tell us how to beat that D and the job is yours !!

Cardinals have also requested an interview.
Carson Palmer could very well retire. So there could also be an opening for a QB. "Keenum/Bradford "

Shurmur's first interview will be with Detroit on Thursday. Although it isn't finalized he likely will interview with the Cardinals Saturday.

Geoff, in your professional opinion, will or do these interviews cause a distraction for Shurmur himself and take away from his preparations for the next game? Does this cause a distraction to the players? For the organization? Thank you

Shurnur knows he's a hot candidate this year,  if the calls didn't come he would be thinking about that just ad now he is thinking about the calls that have come.

Its typically not a distraction. The players/coaches are going to get some time off at the end of the week anyways. Nobody is going to blame Shurmur for trying to progress his career. It also helps that all of the interviewing teams need to come to him.

Shumur is likley going to have an official interview setup with the Bears shortly. So Lions, Cardinals, Bears are all looking like viable options for Pat.

UCF just had their coach accept a new job in Nebraska a few weeks ago, still coached the bowl game yesterday and won to complete an undefeated season by beating Auburn.

Its not a distraction for a team unless they let it be.

If he's going to leave, I'd rather it not be to a division rival...
