He is a proven winner and does so everywhere he goes. It has been pointed out that his college methods probably will not translate in the NFL but I am not listening. I just wanna win.

Lol. It's one of my favorites. I don't want him here. He has college success but I don't see him being successful in the NFL. Paying him 12 million a year doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

So do you have a suggestion for a coach for me? The current one is not doing it. Thats all I am thinking about watching the playoffs :-(

I am thinking Daboll the OC from the Bills, Joe Brady from the Panthers or Arthur Smith from Tennessee.

I am definitely in agreement with the first two. Don't know much about the third. I had posted a while back asking about the first two. Problem is I don't know much about their management styles or how they building a team. Thats why I am here :-)
