Regardless of when the ballot gets there. If a ballot gets there it gets there. Why would it not be valid? It is still a ballot. Also with the mail situation there have been problems with mail delivery for our deployed and other Americans overseas. Mail voting has been crucial for the military voting in elections.
This is the most ridiculously hyped up story out there. When Americans actively pursue the limiting of people voting out of one side of their mouth and then complain about people kneeling during the anthem we have a real problem. And not being able to register that is terrifying. The media is hypeing something up lol.
If the ballot is in the system prior to the election deadline count it. If its put into the system after results start coming in I think its BS.
