that bears front 7 is the best I think I have seen in a long time, they are quick, fast, and relentless. Rogers will be hungry next weekend to try and show that last night was a mirage. Our boys better be ready to get after him and not let him get comfortable. Also their RBs looked pretty damn fast to get outside, our DEs and LBs better not get sucked inside on play action or it could be a challenge there as well.
We don't have the interior DL to get after Erin like the bears did. It'll take fantastic coverage and Hunter/Griff/Barr or someone really turning it on.
I used to think that a slowly collapsing pocket was the best way to defend rodgers, otherwise he snuck out a crack and made you pay, now I think he is immobile enough that just make him uncomfortable quick and good things will happen.

“If his first read isn't there, then he will turn and run,” Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander said of Trubisky.
The Packer secondary is just brutalizing him with quotes after the game.
And suddenly after defending against Trubisky, the Packer DBs think they are all world. Good.

Not sure if its that as much is that was their gameplan against that guy and it worked. I think you need to play with confidence to play well anyway....so they're taking it where they can after Game 1.
Bears D looked awesome last night for sure, it was cool to watch. But that's not sustainable at all I don't think. Their offense needs to improve significantly or that Defense will be on the field so much that they'll be spent by Week 12 and probably resenting the offensive players even sooner.
I thought the Bears went backwards all game. Early on, i thought they lined up crisp and got on the ball like it was midseason. They tried to get the defense to jump a bunch of times early and didn't false start. Presnap... they looked very ready for Week 1. It became rather comical that they couldn't overcome a touchdown deficit and never could capture any momentum they seemed to create.

The Vikings don't have the D line the Bears have, but if they can get a hard hit on him early in the game, it will change the way he plays.

Yes, play with confidence. But the running of the mouth in the media after beating Mitch is not confidence. Hopefully next week they experience an NFL offense and fail.

Yup...Erin is not as mobile as he used to be. A good pass rush combined with the mediocre receivers he has besides Adams, and as a secondary you should be looking for some tasty picks.
Bears led the league in takeaways in 2018. Unlikely they'll repeat that in 2019.
Green Bay had zero turnovers last night
The Bears defense may be a huge concern, but ours will be too. And I bet they come out on fire after last year's disappointment.
