USAToday.com: "Josh Rosen made Arizona one of the Big Winners on Day 1..."
The Ringer.com: "Josh Rosen is the Perfect Quarterback for Arizona to Win Now..."
....and many, many more!
Folks, all the pundits, coaches, drafniks were saying this kid was THE NFL ready QB in last years draft.  How could they be wrong???
Now, as someone said, cutting bait on a stinker is no problem if they truly don't get the pro game.  But AZ was one crap-tacular team in '18 and is that all Rosen?  Give the kid the chance to compete before signing the next "sure thing".

Well, it looks like the Browns might be ready to stop being the Browns for a while, so some other team has to take their place, may as well be the Cardinals.

KYLER MURRAYQB, OKLAHOMA SOONERS
According to Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline, Cardinals HC Kliff Kingsbury has reportedly told people that it's a "done deal" that the team will select Oklahoma's Kyler Murray with the first overall pick.Murray (5'10, 207) is a player that Kingsbury has been a fan of for quite some time, as he coached against the quarterback last season as the head coach at Texas Tech. But with there being more than a month to go until the draft, a lot can change with Murray still having to go through his pro day. Also worth considering is whether or not this is a smokescreen of sorts, and if Kingsbury will even have the final say as the Cardinals decide who to select with the first overall pick.

The way it usually works for the Vikings...
Green Bay picks up Rosen to back up Rogers. Rogers gets hurt in week 5, Rosen dominates the NFC north for the next 15 years

Rosen's a chicken-egg question right now.  Did he stink last year because he's just awful or did the Cards stinking at every offensive position other than Larry Fitzgerald make Rosen stink by association?

Still, bailing on a 1st-round QB after his rookie season is setting a new record for conclusion-jumping.

If they can't get a 2nd or higher pick, just keep him on the roster until a Qb get injured, and his value will go up with desperation (see Sam Bradshaw to Vikings when Bridgewater got hurt).

Yep. Exactly.

I think Rosen should be the QB in Arizona. Not sure Murray will amount to much. I heard he was interviewing terribly as well.

What a huge risk. It's nuts how teams overvalue draft picks.
