i am at the point that I dont care, if the Vikings get in the need to earn their way in, and if they get in....just play and beat who ever they put in front of them. its all a crap shoot so I am going to cheer for who ever regrardless of how it affects the playoffs since the Vikes hold their own destiny.
IF we get in, we'll more than likely play the Bears again or the Rams. Yup, it really doesn't matter if we do get to that point. I guess I just don't see us getting the #5 spot.
Seattle definitely laid a huge turd yesterday though against the 49ers. I rather enjoyed that, almost as much as I enjoyed the Pack getting sent home for the season (but not quite )
The best part is. Last year all we heard was if we had Rodgers...
This year they did and might be even worse. This to me makes it even more important to make the playoffs. Make them sit home and watch us play on for 2nd straight year. Add to that the Bears won the division and now we are both ahead of their game. The horror!!!
If we get in all I want to do is be a spoiler to someone else's year because I don't think we will go any where.
So..... I would enjoy beating New Orleans, Rams, Cowboys, Bears, or Seattle. Doesn't matter, just make some noise.

Call me crazy, but I want a little more than that. I want to see the team we all expected to see back in August. We see that team, we have nothing to worry about. Every year, a team gets hot while a few others cool off. Based on what we saw from the Vikings, Saints, Rams, Seahawks and Bears last week, no reason the Vikings can't be that hot team.

I could take that scenario but i dont know if we have it in us this year.
They say you cant wo. the SB if your not in the dance but I think we loss some mojo from last year.

Weren't we that team last year? Except we weren't. Who knows, maybe the team that takes this year is the team that sneaks up on teams. We didn't sneak up on anyone. In fact, you could argue that team was the Eagles. Nobody expected that from them after losing Wentz. Teams were licking their chops to get after Nick Freaking Foles. And look what happened. Keep hope alive.
Expect the unexpected. Baltimore ran the table thru the playoffs after firing their OC mid season. Eagles turned a loss into a positive when they remade their offense when Wentz was lost for the season.
No reason we can't gain some confidence on offense (we have the weapons) and turn the change into a positive for our team. Very little film means tougher to scout. And our D is good enough for sure.
I root for whoever plays Chicago!
Fuck the Bears and their fans!
