The Packers Are Broken and It's Time to Make Major Changes
#11
0-8? on the road?  I would say their D is struggling and their O is dependent on huge plays.  Not a recipe for winning games on the road.  I hope they beat the bears, but that is unlikely right now.

And just for the record, I support the status quo in GB.  I think wholesale changes would be detrimental to the stability of that region.
absolutley!!!!

As bad as the Packers have become and I wish they would remain that way for years, we now have competition from the Bears.  It didn't take them too long to turn that franchise around.
I just hope the Packers don't make changes and turn around quickly.  Of coarse the difference is that they invested all their money in one player and now will have to live with that until he retires.

Define "too long".  Seems like the bears have been mediocre to crappy for a long time.  Yes, divisional games are always tough, but they haven't been a threat for quite some time.

Dang. Before the season I kept saying that the media was overrating the Packers. Now, it seems they might be underrating them. They've got a pretty easy remaining schedule. Cards, Falcons and Lions at home. Jets and Bears on the road. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they make things interesting in the wild card race.

The Vikings could easily lost the next two and the packers win their next two.  That would suck.

Seems like in two years they have turned it around.  Of coarse part of their success comes from the decline of the Packers and even Detroit fading into the cellar again.

Someone said the Bears are this years Eagles and maybe they are right.  Each year another team rises up above the rest and becomes the new power (for a little while).  Then they return to the herd and some other team jumps out.  Very few teams stay at or near the top for awhile.

I will repeat my assessment that Rodgers is a big part of the issue.  He loves the big play, the dramatic home run and rarely settles for the short throws.  And when he does, he has missed on quite a few of those.  The 2nd and 1 he put in the dirt and then the would have been TD to Adams that he overthrew.
He is going all Cam Newton.  Loves being the hero, so he holds the ball longer than Cordarelle Patterson and takes too many sacks.  And his mechanics suck so he is missing the easy ones.

Any chance he is actually trying to get McCarthy fired?

It's posts like this that makes me wish we had another option.

Do I hit the like button? Then does it mean I like this idea...no way
Do I dislike? I mean I don't like this idea but I agree it's a possibility.
Insightful fit best.
I would prefer an, OH GOD I HOPE NOT button.
