I didn’t even know you could still get satellite radio.

Don't commute anymore so no need for sat radio here. But if I did, it would likely be dominated by NPR, fantasy football talk and music. I'm sure there's an Americana station--Uncle Tupelo, Ryan Adams, Jason Isbell kinda stuff? Then probably one that plays new indie bands like Dehd, DIIV, Fontaines DC, etc.

Never been a satellite radio subscriber, one of my neighbors would have it on his phone and we'd use a bluetooth speaker to play it during poker. When I used to travel for business, my rental cars would have it so I listened then.

Now its Pandora on the HEOS system around the house and outside.

The key with Sirius (like much in life) is to not take their 1st renewal offer...I got tired of dealing with their annual renewal schtick/bartering. Was glad they finally said lets renew you for 3-5 years at current rate.

boom...

I think I am still paying about what I started at almost 20 years ago,  maybe a buck or 2 a month more at the most.  However I didnt get offered the multi year deal.  They used to offer a lifetime deal for like $500,  I would have done that in a second instead of playing the "im gonna quit you" game every year.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

I hate all auto-renews...

I hate managing them and all to do with them.

Streaming, Software and Magazines are the WORST!

ESPN, CNBC, DMB (Dave Matthews Band), Mosaic (used to be low number now in 300's I think)- plays hits from basically late 80's into 90's up to current)- this primary station all in the family prefer to listen to, Christmas music options after October, Twins games, MLB Baseball
