Vrabel is a decent HC, if they can hit on Maye they'll be an ascending franchise again in time. Need some more added talent.

We all know the how important it is to a young QBs development to pair him with a proven OC/QB coach. For that reason, I'm mildly surprised that NE hired Vrabel. I know that it's the "Patriot Way" to hire their former players as coaches. But, Maye's development is going to hinge more on his mentor than it will on Vrabel.
