Was just about to mention Davenport. It's a bummer he was hurt all year. Bottom line is that was a colossal waste of $13M. Team could've used him. Not trying to dump on KAM because I like the job he's done. Murphy was a solid FA pickup. He'll be back next year. More of that this offseason please.
When The Vikings signed Davenport I noticed he'd never played more than 14 games in NO.
The concern was that he'd be MIA.
FWIW the Vikings will be paying 6.8 mil for Davenport NEXT year. I was unaware Kwesi mortgaged future cap to get Davenport.
