I think they will be fine. Give him some WRs and watch him light it up. They are the youngest team in the league and he has only had one bad start.
Well, I guess 'fine' is a relative term. It's a pretty weak division outside of Detroit, so the bar is low. They are 2-3.

More future fine for them, not this year. Although those who live in glass houses..
'More future' is only as good as what you make it. Just like draft picks. Great, you've got a bunch: are they realized? Runway gets pretty short with mistakes and Jordan Love isn't going to take GB where they want to go.
I have watched every game in IMO after 5 starts (keep that in mind) he does a lot of things well. He has also been asked to throw downfield more than anyone in the league this year. 4-5 drops on average from WRs. His coach could make his life easier by throwing shorter quicker plays but who knows what the thought process is there. I love their young talent on defense, it is top line and not Vikings afterthought picks. In 2 years it will be interesting to see where both franchises are at.

I think his ceiling is maybe as high as a QB in Vegas whose name I refuse to try to spell.

With this being his 3rd year in the league time is ticking on his rookie contract.

They extended him a year already if I remember correctly.  I think they turned down his 5th year and signed him to a contract for said year but please correct me if I'm wrong?

Totally respect what you are saying here and you might be right.

Love threw a lot of picks in h.s. and college.  And now in the NFL.  I think he's backup material.

Is the term "solid starter" even a thing anymore? Not sure what the definition is anyway. In today's league if you aren't in the top 3-5, you might as well get used to being a short-term placeholder for the QBOTF or a clipboard holder...

Agreed. Another offseason media obsession that he was going to be great this year.
