All about the D tomorrow
#11
Or...it's all about the offense. Neither team can play defense and that likely won't change today. So you could say it's all about the offense. Which one is running on all cylinders? Which one is scoring 7s instead of 3s? Which one can run the ball?

But....it seems every time I think it's going to be a shootout in the 40s it's a 13-10 defensive battle, so who knows.

Couldn't sleep last night. Got out of bed around 3 am and turned on the tube. NFLN was replaying the first game against Detroit.
Vikings defense couldn't stop the run or the pass and the offense was pretty inept early. Very fortunate to get a win. And that was a home game.
I am hopeful but they are going to need some breaks to win this one.
Detroit needs the win worse than the Vikes and are playing at home. I'm confident the Vikings win the division. Not sure that will happen today!

Its tough sometimes watching this team. Every game so close. Missed opportunities and then, helpful plays. I cannot gauge what this Viking's team is. Halftime and its full of frustrations, like every other game I've watched, lol. Sigh. Nothing is ever, EVER easy as a Viking's fan.

Divisional road games are tough...Not playing the Lions at a good time. Hoping we can keep it close. Still hoping to hand out some hats today lol!

Admittedly haven't seen much of the game, but what I have seen, the Vikes D needs to practice tackling and incorporate something other than a loose zone.

Fire Donnatell. The Vikings have to be leading the league in QB completion percentage against us. This defense is so completely vanilla and I'm sick of the 3rd and long completions for first down. Donnatell fucking sucks and so does this defense

Also Kwesi did this team and defense no favors with how he handled the draft. He should be held accountable as well. Outside of being lucky in Zadarius changing his mind on signing with Baltimore, they've done NOTHING to help out this defense. Draft was shit, Donnatell hiring was shit, and his 3-4 scheme and soft shell defense is total shit.

Lol!

How do you really feel Supa?!

fans have been howling about this D all year and yah, the draft did them little good this year.

I will say this, I have a greater appreciation for Dirty Harry today, now that he was out of the line-up.
