It seems like it. Although Reagor muffed a couple punts in one game. Perhaps they just felt like he had more upside than Smith-Marsette. Again, he's only 23.
I've heard that the Personnel Dept of each team keeps tabs on every other player on all other teams...they're all looking at the same 700+ active players constantly.

Don't know the validity of the above but the guy was a turd at Iowa and I said that the day he was drafted. So wouldnt be shocked.

Ihmir was far from a model teammate at Iowa from most reports. Not a huge surprise, but disappointing.
