He is very well spoken but I hate flat rimmed baseball hats.  Needs to be bent down on the sides more.  I hate to be critical of Kwesi but it had to be said.

The more I listen to this guy, the more I realize that he IS the smartest guy in the room.  Sure, you can take a tire iron to his kneecaps all ya want guys, but I am realizing (slowly, but surely) that the Wilf's made a brilliant choice in Kwesi.  Yes, I really questioned it, but he's a) smart, b) realistic c) flexible to the situation d) focused on the end game and e) no ego.  What I really like is how he draws from other sports (his basketball analogy, and comprehending how football is different because it is such a team sport), and trading financial instruments. Discipline.  I really am starting to like this guy.  A lot.

Just listening to NFL Radio with Bill Polian who was blasting the Vikings, Texans, and Browns for giving players fully guaranteed contracts and no trade clauses. The no trade clauses are not part of the collective bargaining agreement and believes allowing players to "choose" where they want to play if they are unhappy with their current situation or part of contract negotiations sets a dangerous precedent. So there's at least someone that isn't a fan of Kwesi making that particular move.

Forget the presser...I can't wait for the behind the scenes of Mannion signing his contract on the teams website with the Wilfs in the background smiling like William Dafoe.
