I'm thankful 1) I have him in one of my fantasy football leagues AND started him last night (BOOM) and 2) I didn't play against him in the Vikefans FFB League (BOOM BOOM).
I was feeling pretty good about my matchup. My opponent drafted only one QB: Jameis Winston, who was forced into a week one bye. Ha! Thanks Irma! Thought about changing my team name to Kamikaze, which is Japanese for "divine wind." Got home about half way through the game and discovered he snagged Alex Smith off the wire just before kickoff. He had Hunt going too. I'm down by 70-some going into the weekend. ****ing Irma!

I love fantasy football.

Kid was drafted third round 86th pick or somewhere around there.

just another question mark for our scouts and front office talent evaluation and decision making skills?

or is it develop a line and you can make any RB look good?

This season will answer those questions.

The Chiefs have great fans, they really do. I rooted for them as a far second team to the Vikings when I lived there for 17 years. Reid is an amazing coach. He can match wits with Bill....2 chess masters.

I think the Chiefs have the best fans in the NFL from my somewhat limited experience.

He was drafted in the 3rd round, which was about a round higher than most thought he would go, but he was a very trendy sleeper pick in what might have been the best RB class in a generation. It was just stacked, up and down the draft. I remembering thinking that you could draft a back in the 5th round and he could very easily be the best back from this draft. I'm curious to see how some of the top backs do this weekend, but Foreman, Connor, Jamaal Williams, Tarik Cohen, Chris Carson, all of these guys have looked damn good so far...

Funny, I went to nfl.com and there is nothing, I mean nothing about the game or the patriots on the page.  Other than the score way over to the right on the score ticker (have to scroll to find it).  It is still all preseason stuff.  WTF.

I feel you Greed. I woke up this morning, having fallen asleep when the score was 28-27, to see the final, and had to HUNT (haha) for the final. Had Brady done what Smith did, especially having lost Amendola already being down his other key man, NFL.com would've had brady splooge everywhere.
As much favor as I give the Pats and Brady for what they've done, the media makes it easy to hate him.

I was incorrect, as I scrolled down, way down, there was a story about the Pats.  It was about the backup QB facing the giants in the preseason.

I think everyone is still in the state of shock out in the NE area.
