Do tell, What cheap effective treatment(s) that have had any sort of scientific testing are just waiting out there for us to cure covid-19?
lol, he doesn't know. I like greed, I really do...but his shit with the vaccine and COVID is so Idaho. Idaho is a WEIRD state. Idaho makes California look pedestrian.
I totally disagree with Sticky. Idaho is an awesome place to live. Awesome hunting and fishing. Low summer humidity, no mosquitos, moderate winters, great people, plenty of opportunities in a wide variety of areas. I personally could never move back to Minnesota.
Its 90% white. 27% LDS Mormons (don't get me started). The state's vaccination rate is the lowest in the United States. Idaho's panhandle has a long history of radical right wing groups. Then there's this:

I'm not talking the geography. I'm talking WHO lives there. I don't live in Minnesota or am from there.
Uh-oh, we have too many whites for you... Really, we do not stop people at the border from entering Idaho...
Uh-oh, too many Mormons... Yikes, no freedom of religious choice in your world apparently. I'm not LDS but have many friends that are. While I do not agree with some of their religious teachings, I certainly will defend them as good people. Sure, they have some bad apples just like any other group, but by and large, good folks.
Yes, our vaccination rate could and should be a lot better. My age category (65+) is doing very well with 76% with one or more vaccinations.
Radicals in the north panhandle have been around for a long time but they actually make up a small percentage of the population. It would be erroneous to judge the population of a state based on the actions of some extremists.
The Idaho Statesman is a liberal leaning paper in our capital city. The article you cited was more of an opinion piece with lots of projections that lack supporting evidence.
I do live in Idaho and spent the first 28 yrs of my life in rural Minnesota (except college years at U of M). Rural Minnesotans and Idahoans are very similar. Farmers in general, dairy producers in particular are some the best people you could ever find! Your comments do not jibe with my 39 years of living here. Go take your judgmental views elsewhere.

What does skin color have to do with view points? Could your point have been made without pointing out skin color? I am not sure what your point is, but injecting skin color into a conversation unnecessarily is text book racism is it not?

Non-diverse, Monolithic, Homogeneous rural communities would be a better way of communicating the cultural demographic, what you think?

What the hell? There's nothing racist about pointing out an area's demographics in describing its appeal or lack thereof. Remember, there are people who value diversity.

So if I were to say that a certain area wasn't appealing to me because it was 90% black and 27% Muslim...... how would that be perceived?

I'd bet some would consider that racist on the surface, but they would be wrong. I wouldn't want to live in an area that is 90% black and I suspect most blacks would agree. The best neighborhoods, companies, project teams, etc., are a broad mix of age, income, race, religion, etc.
