Hope springs eternal, so we're being optimistic with this hiring. An agent of change is what this is really being portrayed as, but I think the fanbase is going to have to be a little patient until he can shave the cap a bit and get some room to work under it. If its the same ol' - same ol' results with the first two years of him being here, fans are going to balk. What else is new in a league where rookie QBs are accused of being busts before their first year is even over. 

Yep, first big decision that will be telling on who he surrounds himself with.  I am hoping he doesn't go back to the 49'ers for one of their 1-year exp coordinators.
