Cousins is due $45M in 2022 with $45M dead money if we cut him.  He's almost certainly going to be on the team next year.  His contract would require the other team to pay $35M salary/probably resign him while we pay his $10M bonus.  Regarding someone else starting over him.  The team isn't going to make that decision based on his vaccine status.  Like they're not going to roll with a lesser caliber QB, and sit Cousins on the bench, just because he might have to sit out in the future.  They're going to play the best player they have each week, and if it's Cousins it's Cousins.
