Now onto the HC. Looking forward to hearing about second interviews for the Vikings in this capacity.

Hope springs eternal, so we're being optimistic with this hiring. An agent of change is what this is really being portrayed as, but I think the fanbase is going to have to be a little patient until he can shave the cap a bit and get some room to work under it. If its the same ol' - same ol' results with the first two years of him being here, fans are going to balk. What else is new in a league where rookie QBs are accused of being busts before their first year is even over.

All I know is that he is left handed,   must be one smart fucker.  Even if he doesn't know the job,  he will figure it out quickly.

In my opinion, we don't need massive tweaks to take a step forward, changing management was the one tweak most necessary.  Now they could be duds, like you mentioned will know in a few years,  but I have to believe the team did its due diligence.  

Looking forward to HC round 2 as well.  I'm thinking two of the HC finalists, O'Connell and Ryans, are playing each other this weekend.
