Using the line of reasoning found on this thread, I will not be surprised to hear that Daunte Wright died because his car crashed into another car not because he was shot.
Also in "their" line of reasoning the officer was not not at fault because the officer mistakenly pulled a gun instead of the taser that was intended.
To conclude, Daunte was "justifiably" shot because he was resisting arrest and tried getting back in his car so it is his fault.
The officer went above and beyond announcing an intent to taser him and killing him is a not an issue given Daunte had an outstanding warrant.
The length some people would go to is just mind boggling.

Poor poor Daunte tried running from the police because he had a warrant out for his arrest.  Had he not tried re-entering his car to run from law enforcement he would have never been in that situation to begin with.

We had a mother and 2 children killed by some asshat who ran from police and crashed through an intersection less then a 1/4 mile from where I work.  I wish the cops would have shot him before he ran.  I wish the cops would have shot him while running.  I wish there would have been an "accidental discharge" several times into the piece of shit at the scene who killed those innocent kids and their mom.  There is a husband and a infant left behind because someone ran from a warrant here.  Fuck those who think they can outrun the police because they saw it on a video game or movie.

So you're damn right I don't have an issue.

Question, Will there be 10 televised funerals and a golden coffin for Daunte?

At the bold: Stupidity + childishness provides an interesting display of shallow thinking. It's a joy to see it on display free of charge.
Youre welcome to choose your heros.  I’ll pick ones who dont hold pregnant women at gun point while they burglarize them.
You should stop. I have not seen a single person on this board call George Floyd a hero other than in accusatory posts. He's not a hero. But, he was a human being. And so was Daunte Wright.
Just for clarification someone who holds a gun to a pregnant womans womb isnt human.
Just for clarification...
Someone who spreads baseless claims about a dead person to score cheap points on a message board has no conscience, no decency nor respect for humans.
I actually never saw the meme. Only “reports”. Ill retract the pregnate claim since the incident report doesnt specify. The rest is true. Here is the incident report.

So is he now a human in your eyes since he did not hold a gun to a pregnant woman's womb?
The guy held a woman at gun point while his buddies robbed her. My opinion on his humanity hasnt changed.

or maybe the initial reports were so far out of field goal range the new information still makes it an unlikely kick.   how about the fact that womans 1 year old daughter was home at the time of the robbery,  does that make it less humane,  or does once the baby is out of the womb its more humanely acceptable to point the gun at the mother?

Thought you lefties didn't see "things in a womb" as anything anyway? So what difference does it make to you what part of the woman's body Floyd pointed the gun at?  Its her body isn't it?

That was probably very important at that trial, but this is about Derek Chauvins actions on the day George Floyd was killed.  If it was relevent to this case it would be admissible and the  judge ruled it out.  Chauvin is the one on trial and his contributions to the death are being judged.  You righties keep on trying to make it about the victim, because thats a conservitive bias when it involves police.  Do you ever wonder why these guys are so afraid of being taken into custody?  Perhap there is a different perspective.  In the almost 50 years of driving, and all the vehicles, I have owned, there have been, multiple times i have had expired tags, never have i been pulled over.  It has been pointed out to me by officers, accident or other traffic violation, both kids, spouse and I, nothing more than a fine, nothing on record.  Never have I been asked to get out of my vehicle or had multiple officers invololved, let alone a gun pulled.  Perhaps I am privalged.

Why bother? Anything they can do to distract from the story would do. Now its about the left and what qualifies as a baby.

This is exactly why I never want to go down this rabbit hole. The argument and discussion morphs into silliness. His last conviction was in 2007. It had been 13 years and he had served his time. Ultimately, this was NOT about his criminal record.

At the end of his life, he was a human being who did not deserve to die over a $20 bill.

The "initial" reports you claim were never valid. They were debunked the moment they surfaced but people like some here did not bother pushing the narrative. Now you want to claim they were assumed correct from the beginning. They have and always been debunked but people who were interested in spreading the falsehood did not care. On a bigger picture, the trial was about Chauvin kneeling on a person who subsequently died. But I will let you guys continue distracting from the real issue.

No one said the robbery was not a terrible idea. The fact that the baby/anybody was home compounds it... yes.
But you know what is worse?....Someone gasping for air and pleading to breathe and a police officer continues to deprive him of air for over 6 minutes.
But judging by the standards here, depriving someone of air resulting to his death is OK because the person gasping for air committed a robbery so does not deserve to breathe.
George F did not kill a person, Chauvin's reckless actions led to a persons death but I will leave you two continue to tell us how inhumane Floyd is while giving all sorts of excuses to rationalize what Chauvin did.
Lastly when you have to resort to "or maybe.." then you really don't have an argument

we arent trying him here,  we are having a discussion on this situation so what is or isnt admissible in the court of law has zero bearing in the court of public opinion where common sense is allowed when forming opionions.

Floyd wasnt pulled over for expired tags,  thats the other victim in the other thread,  but since we are playing.... I have been pulled over as have many others that I know for expired tags,  perhaps you are lucky,  honestly that is one of the cops favorites to look for as it allows them to pull anybody over and then they can check them for other infractions.... just like broken taillights or other harmless simple violations that people get pulled over for all the time.    but since we are playing, have you ever been found recklessly brandishing a firearm?   have you ever been on probation?  have you ever been in violation of your probation?  have you ever had a warrant issued for your arrest for being in violation of your probation on a gun related crime and then been pulled over for expired tags and try and flee the arrest?   I didnt think so,  so is your experience really all that similar,  or were you leaving out some very important facts to try and sell some bull shit?

or maybe you are indeed just privileged... or smart enough not to be a wanted criminal and carry around a can of gas and a lighter.

The guy held a gun to a pregnant womans womb a woman at gun point while his buddies robbed her. My opinion on his humanity hasnt changed.
Correct. You just changed how you form your opinion. Keep moving the goal post to try and push an unfounded moral high ground
or maybe the initial reports were so far out of field goal range the new information still makes it an unlikely kick.   how about the fact that womans 1 year old daughter was home at the time of the robbery,  does that make it less humane,  or does once the baby is out of the womb its more humanely acceptable to point the gun at the mother?

I have read most of this shit on here from the beginning and I didnt see evidence presented countering the gun to pregnant belly until recently, so yes to those that saw that reported here and other places they were valid in any opinion being formed.

and Chauvins action dont erase Floyds past transgressions any more than Floyds past makes Chauvins actions ok.   nobody is making that point.
