Rogers accuracy wasn't great last night. A product of no preseason, or a continuation of last season? He still plays much better in unscripted plays. 10 points disproves the narrative of the Bears defensive decline because Fangio left. They are better than ever.
It won't be easy for the Vikings, but they can beat the Bears. First they have to stop the run, then stack the box and contain Trubisky. Make him beat you with his arm. He's a first read QB and throws into coverage. He ended the game by throwing into double coverage.
Beating Rogers is a bit of a crap shoot. As always, the key beating Rogers is pressure. He doesn't like getting hit.
It will be interesting to see the Vikings defense face the same style offense they face in practice.
12 1/2 minutes to go in the fourth quarter, the boos were reigning down from the Bears fans. I think they better get used to it. I don't think the Bears make the playoffs. But it's just one game so who knows!
Vikings need to take care of business Sunday. I feel good about their chances to beat both the teams that played last night.
