The GM fired a Head Coach after 1 season and hired a kid who was fired by his Alma Mater for not winning enough games.
Arizona's Owner apparently has given the GM a long enough leash to do that so what's stopping him from dumping the QB he moved up to take the year before?

Quote: @FSUVike said:This is a very solid take on why decisions make for a long stagnant franchise. Look who picked this GM. Bidwell has been partial owner or full owner of that team since 1962. Think about that. Every once in awhile they make a little noise but mostly have been consistently in the bottom half. For my intire life... Seems when they find a few years of limted success it's in spite of him. Mostly I think they will continue to flounder, make changes and find new ways to stay mediocre as long as that owner controls them.

Maybe there is common sense afterall...
"Arizona’s top concern should be putting talent around their young quarterback, not finding his replacement." https://ftw.usatoday.com/2019/02/cardina...ler-murray |
