Steelers placed a second-round tender on OL B.J. Finney.He'll make $3.095 million. Finney has been a backup the last three seasons in Pittsburgh, but the Steelers want to protect losing him. With Ramon Foster a free agent, Finney has a chance for an expanded 2019 role.

However doesn't sound like it compares to Kraft. In this case the person doing the work is getting paid.
