I'm still surprised by how many "recycled" coaches are being hired and how many just complete roll of the dice types are getting jobs. I still think if I was on NFL owner and needed a head coach the first call I make is to Stanford's David Shaw and try to sell the shit out of my organization to him. I think he would be a really great hire if you could get him to leave Stanford. I'm a big fan of that guy.
