I'm not a fan of the screen. More often than not, they can blow it up for a loss, and with Keenum's stature, he has to put too much air under it, making it too slow in developing. I'm much more inclined to get Murray and Jet leaking out of the backfield and having Rudy or Morgan clear out a LB for them 4 yds. down field and making someone miss.
thats what I was thinking and why I went with a Rudy screen, his catch point is so much higher it would be easier for Case to get the ball to him quickly, but yes, it would be better to spread their LBs out and take advantage underneath and force them to chase.
Problem with Rudolph is that his yards after contact are brutal. For as big as he is, more often than not he's looking for a place to lay down rather than make someone miss or run someone over. At least Morgan seems to run with more determination after the catch.
im not looking for explosive plays, (nice if you can get them though) I am looking for completions and something to make positive yards and keep the D honest. if we can get 5 to 7 yards on these types of plays I would be fine. Just keep the D honest and we will win easily... play into their strength and stacked box and it will get ugly.

Just saying, I want a chance at more than 5-7 yards. We're going to have to break some plays to get them out of constantly stacking LBers so close to the line. If we can turn 5-7 yd. catches into 15 yard gains, the running lanes just might get a little easier to find especially when they are lined up in those super wide sets.
