Minnesota Vikings let OL coach Chris Kuper walk

If it makes some fans feel better, great, but its not a needle moving coaching position. It would be unnoticeable whether he stays or leaves (cue the fans about to tell me how important the position is, lol)....you either have the horses or you don't and you need to stay healthy. That matters a ton more.

I think it does matter.  Coaching matters in the NFL probably more than any other sport.

Per: Alec Lewis
Bill Callahan becoming Atlanta’s OL coach would make Falcons OL coach Dwayne Ledford one of the premium available coaches on the market for teams like the Vikings. Highly respected in industry.

Excellent. Now only a bad quarterback coach, directpr of scouting, assistant General Manager, and General Manager to go! Don't stop now

Scot Peters - Worked with him a few days when he was running "Tip of the Spear" clinics for coaches / players
Was with Browns, Pats, I think he's with Bengals now.
