The only logical explanation is they switched jerseys. 

I know Allen dropped 8lbs. I’m perplexed. Both will be low mileage options. Singleton is probably one of the better receivers at the position but he seems to have lost a step. Maybe he’s just playing out the string. Undisclosed injury perhaps? Mystery. Looking like a Day 3 option. 

The one I’m really dumbfounded by is Hughes in Oregon. Two 1200 yard years at Tulane and now he can’t sniff the field. Coaches doghouse? Reviewed him with MB in May and we both liked him. Weird. 

I need to look at Hayes. I like the kid from Minnesota a bit, but he’s probably a touch slow. 

26 looks like a weak class. After Love I’d take Coleman, the Temu MJD. Not sure he’ll measure 5-7, but he runs and catches well. Wrong year to need a RB. 

Thank Christ we have Tai Felton instead of about a half dozen RBs who went after him. Love me some punt gunners. What a fucking miss.

Makhi Hughes is not playing because he has requested to redshirt the remainder of the 2025 season. This decision comes after a slow start to the season where he was buried on the depth chart and had limited snaps, and it allows him to develop his skills and learn the offense more thoroughly, with the potential to have two years of eligibility remaining.

One mystery solved.

That's what I was wondering if Singleton was injured or not. Perplexing to otherwise see a guy go from stud to dud in a short period of time, but then again that entire team has been a dud this year.
