That's a big one as well.  Losing OL guys can really affect a team, hopefully our guys can stay healthy.

This is a big loss for them. Probably more than anyone else, Dickerson is the reason the Eagles have the best OL in football.

If anyone remembers, the Eagles traded for former 1st round guard (and big time bust) Kenyon Green in the offseason. Like us, they've been able to turn some careers around with good coaching (see Mekhi Becton, whom they lost to free agency). But Green was hurt in camp last last week. Not sure how serious that is, but the Eagles are now without both of their starting guards from last year, and the depth they brought in to develop behind them.

Sources: The #Saints fear C Will Clapp suffered a serious foot injury that is believed to be season-ending and requires surgery.

He’s awaiting final confirmation from testing results. A tough blow for a player who was set to be a key depth option on the interior.

Packers GM Brian Gutekunst said QB Jordan Love is undergoing a procedure on his left thumb. It’s a ligament issue. That’s why he had it taped yesterday in practice. Said the hope is for Love to return to practice next week.

Sounds like the Eagles dodged a bullet with Landon Dickerson. "Only a meniscus" they say. Isn't that the injury that sidelined our young QB last year? I'm guessing Dickerson chose the clean up over the repair, which gets him back on the field sooner. All considered I'm glad JJ got the full repair.

They are saying he /mightcan be back for Week 1, which I think is just garbage butterfly smoke for the fans. Color me shocked if Dickerson plays in Game 1.

If it's just a shave and clean up , he could be back by week one. However, MRI's though great, aren't perfect, and they really won't know the extent of the tear until they go in with the scope. Good chance it will be the so called 'clean up' and he will be active again in a couple weeks, and ready to play in the opener.
