I didn't hate the guy, but I didn't love him either. Good dude however and I wish him the best. Not bothered by this.

Think we really undervalued all the intangibles he brings to the team with his leadership and the way he makes the game fun, I think this is a huge mistake to let him leave, he is a guy worth overpaying for. So far a pretty disappointing start.

Yup and it's not the "top end" money most here thought he was looking for. Winfield Jr is the top paid safety at 21+ million. With the continuing rise of player contracts, that's a reasonable number for player in his prime who was a leader on the defense.

Letting Bynum walk was a for 15 mil is not a good move> He was way more valuable than Murphy. Way more!
